Pierre Guillon is a Partner in Companion Consulting in Chile and in the Lindmand Group in France.

Mr. Guillon brings to his role an exceptional set of skills and experience developed over a career that includes senior Business and HR roles at Korn/Ferry, BHP Billiton, Pernod-Ricard, Allied Domecq and Dow Chemical in the Americas, Europe  and Pacific.

Before joining Companion Consulting and Lindmand Group, Mr. Guillon was a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Paris office and Managing Director of the Lominger business in the EMEA region. In his role, he was in charge of defining and delivering complete talent management solutions to clients.

At BHP, Mr. Guillon  was the global HR Performance and Talent VP and a member of the Global HR Council. He was in charge of leadership assessment and development, as well as the global talent and succession planning processes. He was also a member of the executive team and in charge of talent selection during BHP’s merger with Billiton.

At Pernod-Ricard, Mr. Guillon served as group vice president of HR services.
Before the merger with Pernod-Ricard, he was with Allied Domecq, where he was in charge of global leadership team selection, development and succession planning. group. He also led the HR re-engineering,  in charge of optimizing the global delivery of HR services.

Mr. Guillon began his career with Dow Chemical, where he held senior positions mainly in sales and marketing, M&A, organizational development and benchmarking.

Mr. Guillon is a certified Lominger associate on competency models, strategic reviews, potential and 360 assessments.  He is a certified Six Sigma black belt and also holds a degree in law and economics from Paris University.

Mr. Guillon is an accomplished sailor, including “around the world” racing.

He is married and has three children.
