Experience
10 years operational experience in the telecom industry (7 years at Ericsson).
17 years as management consultant focusing on strategy and communication and as facilitator of learning and change (with management teams and key employees in meetings with 15-800 people). Clients are multinational companies within construction, manufacturing, telecom, power, retail and banking.
Gunnar as facilitated combined business and leadership development programs since 2005, mainly global Top Management Programs. He has also run programs for developing strategic HR managers. During this period he has coached around 60 multi-cultural teams that have worked six months each with strategic business development tasks assigned by their Executive Management.
Gunnar has coached 600+ high potential managers in how to prepare powerful business presentations.
Gunnar has developed workshop discussion material – about strategy, vision and values, brand, new technology and new ways of working – in the form of dialog maps tailor-made for different companies (used in total by approximately 100,000 people).
Pro bono work for a hospital, the Royal Dramatic Theater and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
